The Army Logistics Base (LBA) is the operator of the properties of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport (DDPS). armasuisse Immobilien is responsible for representing the owners of these properties. The EV commissions the operator, the propertyto be operated according to a framework service level agreement (R-SLA).
