The framework agreement covers the Undertaking:
Supervision, care and operation of facilities and objects
Fulfillment of authority requirements as committed in this agreement Calling and documentation of authority inspections
Remedial maintenance (defect reports) with associated work planning Documentation of remedial action maintenance
Written proposals for planned maintenance and improvements in accordance with the objectives of the contract
Quotations for planned maintenance, adaptations and improvements, if B requests this Compilation and submission of operation report and contract report
Participate in projects, property tours, inspections in general such as B's representative for operational matters and operational-related information
Other property-related services performed against additional orders from the city's businesses and tenants
Property systems/case management must be included in the procurement.
Appreciated the need is approximately SEK 20, 000, 000 per contract year. Estimated volumes and do not constitute a guarantee.
The ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEK 200, 000, 000 for the agreement period of four years.
