Operational support of servers and operating systems Operational support of FCSM Zrt.'s servers and operating systems and performance of ad hoc tasks within the framework of a business contract. In the framework of the business contract, FCSM Zrt.'s servers and operational support of its operating systems and performance of ad hoc tasks. The number of servers available at the time of posting this call: 138. The amount of servers can vary by ±10%. Basic infrastructure supporting operational processes in order to design, operate and continuously develop systems, the task expected by the Bidder is to provide a uniform, on-site operation support service and a remote system engineering escalation option. During operation support the Bidder ensures the near-continuous availability of the specified server infrastructure environment - with the expected SLA - and the Bidder's specialists performing operations in other areas (e.g. network, application, client support) with high-level professional support. Tasks to be performed within the framework of a monthly flat rate: - Receiving notifications: Bidders can make their notifications every day of the week from midnight to 24 hours (email-based 7*24 hours, by phone 5*8 hours). Recording by the Bidder It is transferred to the ITIL compliant ticket manager (responsible assignment, life cycle management, prioritization, SLA monitoring, escalation, customer information) based on the notifications. - Preventive technological maintenance, ...
