The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) is requesting bids for the delivery of an enterprise resource planning system as a SaaS service (Software as a Service) in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. The starting point of the procurement is to be delivered as a user service, from everyone a ready-made system that is fully in production use in the parts required in the request for tender, the implementation of which does not require customer-specific customization (a so-called turn key solution) other than for integrations.
