Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the initial operation of demolition, repairs, emergency interventions, service activities, construction and minor construction works in objects designated by the Czech Geological Survey. The work will include, in particular, electrical, plumbing, heating, masonry and other minor construction work, painting, flooring, exchange and plasterboard work, expert diagnosis of defects, auxiliary work, stacking and handling of work, transportation of property and equipment between the Client's premises, removal of unnecessary property and other similar activities related to floor maintenance, operation and use object of the Principal. The full amount will be equal to the delivery of the agreed material and transportation subject to the conditions set forth in the full framework agreement. For the purpose of this public procurement, reconstruction, new construction, general repairs or other construction work are not considered minor construction work. of an investment nature or of the same extent, which by its nature encroaches on the operational possession of the object. Individual payments will be made by the Employer in advance according to its current needs by means of long orders, in which the specific subject, scope, place and term of payment will be determined. The contracting authority is not obliged to order payment in any minimum range or to exhaust the maximum financial limit of the members of the agreement.
