Operational leasing for a fleet of company vehicles This service contract aims to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of articles 2, 35° and 43 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. The S.A. The Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, hereinafter referred to as the Circuit, plans to conclude this framework agreement, all the terms of which are fixed with a number of leasing companies. During the duration of the framework agreement, S.A. Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps will solicit offers operational leasing prices from bidders with competitive bidding. The framework agreement is concluded with the selected leasing companies by notifying them of the approval of their offer.
