Tender Details

The subject of the performance of this Public Contract is the operational and professional support of solutions for the collection and evaluation of various data (hereinafter referred to as the "Functional Area" or "Functional Areas") based on the requirements of the customer Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "MoF of the Czech Republic") (e.g. prices of goods, results of financial controls) (hereafter the whole thing only"The Solution").

The Solution is created using third-party technologies, in particular Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, located at One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer"), (hereinafter the whole thing just "Platform").

The client requires supportu Solution in two basic parts:

A.Operational support, which consists of:

1.Operational support of the Platform;

2.Operational support of Functional Areas.

B.Professional support, which consists of:

1.Development activities;

2 .Consulting and Advisory Activities

Part A Operational Support

A1 Platform Operational Support

Supplytel will provide operational support for the Platform on the basis of a monthly flat rate. The goal of operational support is to regularly check the status of the Platform, eliminate defects and ensure measures within the framework of the Platform's security, incl. putting the Platform into operable condition in the required quality parameters, pproviding cooperation in solving defects of the infrastructure on which the Platform is operated.
