Operational and professional support of the configuration management process the subject of the public order is the operational and professional support of the configuration management process (hereinafter referred to as "CfM" - Configuration management) in the State Treasury Center of shared services, s.p., (hereinafter referred to as "SPCSS"). Operating support is in the nature of regular activities provided on the basis of a monthly flat rate. Professional support will be implemented on the basis of partial irregular orders from the Principal. The contracting authority envisages the use of operational and professional support both for the internal needs of SPCSS, as well as for the implementation of projects for third parties (SPCSS customers). The client requests CfM support in two basic parts: A. Operational support B. Professional support, which consists of: 1. Development activities 2. Consulting activities. CfM operational support includes activities based on technological knowledge of application integration, data manipulation and data cleaning and knowledge of SPCSS configuration database administration and settings (hereinafter referred to as "Operational Support"). The supplier will continue to provide on the basis of closed individual orders (man-days) development activities within CfM and consulting activities within CfM based on closed individual orders (man-hours).
