Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. I invite you to submit an offer for comprehensive service of warehouses, unloading and dosing of Alternative Fuels. The service will be provided continuously 24/7 on the premises of Holcim Cementownia Małogoszcz / Geocycle Polska for a period of 60 months. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order The full scope of work, description of the implementation technology, requirements for staff qualifications and the expected end result (SLA) are described in detail in the document Annex No. 3: Operation of warehouses and dosing of Alternative Fuels V2. The Contractor is obliged to thoroughly read the content of this annex before preparing the offer. Main areas and tasks covered by the order: Alternative fuels hall, main burner (Old Hall): Ensuring a constant flow of fuel to the rotary kiln burner (up to 12~t/h), intra-warehouse logistics, stockpiling, ongoing removal of spills, as well as quality control and sampling. Alternative fuels hall for precalciner (Nowa Hala): Assurance constant fuel flow (up to 17~t/h), supervision of safe unloading in 3 docks, manual and automatic setting of a special crane, maintaining the patency of the installation...
