Operation of the thermal energy supply system in the city of Broumov The city of Broumov, as the contracting authority, plans to select a professional administrator and operator of the thermal energy supply system in the city of Broumov within the framework of this procurement procedure in the sense of section 2, paragraph 2 letter c) point 14 of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on business conditions and on the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended.
