Operation of server room and Linux systems 2024.
The purpose of this public procurement is the IT operation of the DR devices of the central site located in the internal network of the Bidder, the server rooms operating at the central site, and the server room of the Court of Miskolc, in the server roomsproviding product support and operation of physical servers, network and data storage devices (Server room operation); in addition, providing product support for physical and virtual servers with the Linux operating system and the system applications and databases running on them, 40 hours per month(Linux-based systems support) for a period of 12 months.
The operation does not cover the operating system of Linux servers and the applications developed individually - supporting the work of the courts. The service company must provide first-level support by registering the received Helpdesks and in solving the errors detected in the monitoring systems.
During hardware operation, the service company must ensure the monitoring, configuration and monitoring of the specified devices, performing the available updates on the devices, eliminating errors, operational safety andand the maintenance of business continuity.
The Bidder has a regular obligation to report to the Bidder about the tasks performed, the errors discovered, and the comments that can be derived from proactive monitoring, which he must fulfill in accordance with the conditions of this technical description...
