OPERATION OF THE SENIOR TAXI SERVICE II The subject of the public contract is the operation of the Senior taxi service. The service will be provided to citizens with permanent residence in the cadastral area of ​​Vsetín, Rokytnice u Vsetína, Jasenka, over 65 years of age inclusive and holders of ZTP or ZTP/P regardless of age (hereafter referred to as an authorized person) for transport to/from transport locations selected by the client, including the transport of smaller loads and accompanying luggage of these authorized persons. The Senior taxi service will be provided in the taxi service mode according to Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, as amended, and Decree No. 478/2000Coll., which implements the Road Transport Act, as amended. The supplier will provide three vehicles (maximum age of each vehicle is 2 years) with a driver for the transportation of authorized persons. All 3 vehicles will be MPV, SUV or similar bodies with the provision that they will be suitable for the transport of persons with reduced mobility, i.e. higher seats, sufficient legroom in vehicles and sufficient space to transport a folded wheelchair, French sticks, etc. Two vehicles will be provided on weekdays from 06:30 to 17:00 and on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from 06:30 to 12:00. If necessary, a third vehicle will be provided only on working days between 06:30 and 12:00. Detailed information and conditions performance are listed in the tender documentation.
