PM509 / PM597 This consultation follows the procedure declared without further action and bearing the reference: 2026-3DTM-0046 (initial procedure 19 lots). This consultation only concerns lot 80. Consequently, taking into account the obligation to ensure the continuity of the public school transport service, in accordance with article R2161-3 of the public procurement code, the normal deadlines for receiving applications and offers are made impracticable. Thus the contracting authority reduces deadlines for submission of offers are 15 days. The procedure for awarding this framework agreement, which will be entrusted to school transport companies, is broken down into 19 lots. The service consists of implementing school transport circuits concerned following the routes and times defined in the specifications.
