Tender Details

The consultation aims for the implementation from September 1, 2027 or, failing that, from the first day of the 2027-2028 school year, for a period of 9 school years, of road transport of passengers by coach (school circuits and regular lines) on the Fluo 57 network divided into 38 lots and made up of 384 school circuits and 42 commercial lines. These circuits and lines mainly serve the perimeter of the Moselle department and can leave this territory to serve the departments of Bas-Rhin and Meurthe-et-Moselle as well as Germany. In this context, the services subject to the consultation consist of the daily implementation, following the school calendar, of a service from the students' homes to their primary and/or secondary schools, as well as regular service to travelers all year round. The Fluo 57 network transports 5, 650 primary school students and 25, 164 secondary school students daily (2025-2026 data). Schedules, periods of traffic, personnel to be transported and vehicle capacities to be put in place will be detailed in the timetables sent to candidates admitted to submitting an offer as part of the consultation file.
