Operation of recycling stations and environmental stations with disposal of received waste, as well as operation of the transshipment station at Rygg The contracts concern the operation of recycling stations and environmental stations for the reception of waste and follow-up of these, including disposal of the waste, as well as operation of the transfer station at Rygg. The purpose of the acquisition is that the reception and handling of waste and subsequent treatment takes place in an efficient and environmentally friendly way, where the needs of the residents and other customers are taken care of, and that one contributes to reaching Vesar's and the owner municipalities' goal of 85% material recycling by 2035. This is reflected through absolute requirements, emphasis in award criteria and the possibility of innovation and development agreements. Vesar wants to stimulate the use of biogas as a substitute for fossil fuel when transporting the waste fractions, and during other types of transport work. The biogas used must preferably originate from production with a high net climate benefit. New contracts must be entered into for the operation of the recycling and environmental stations in the owner municipalities, as well as for operation of the transshipment station at Rygg by entering into the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Recycling stations in the northern area: LersbryggaNordre FossSkoppum Sub-contract 2 - Recycling stations in the central area and the environmental stations: RyggLofterød Environmental stations for hazardous waste (unmanned stations) The transfer station at RyggPart contract 3 - Recycling stations southern area: GrindaSognPart contract 1 and 3 involve the operation of the recycling stations.
