Operation of Palm Vélo services, management of the Electrically Assisted Bicycle (VAE) fleet and technical monitoring of bicycle shelters The purpose of the contract is to carry out the following missions: management of the Palm long-term bicycle rental service Bike . This includes the reception and management of rental requests, the physical provision of VAEs throughout the territory, the planning of bicycle withdrawals and returns, as well as reception and advice for users; management bicycle fleet technology including the storage, maintenance and repair of a fleet of electrically assisted bicycles made available (preventive and corrective maintenance, supply of spare parts); management of the badge rental service allowing access to sheltered and secure parking for bicycles (accessible using badges); the technical management of bicycle shelters and related equipment, including the monitoring and routine maintenance of these secure parking spaces.
