This system must make it possible to benefit from maximum valorization in existing ad hoc sectors, while respecting the environment, the living environment of citizens and sustainable development. The objective of Syctom is also to raise awareness among users about reuse, develop the eco-citizen gesture of sorting bulky waste at the source and limit illegal dumping in cities. The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded for a period firm for 1 year from the date of notification, renewable 3 times 1 year. The contract is concluded with no minimum, and with a maximum of €350, 000 excluding tax over the firm period of 1 year. For each year of renewal, a maximum of €350, 000 excluding tax is set.
