The contract relates to the operating, maintenance and troubleshooting services of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic water installations, for sensitive departmental sites. To date, 7 sites are identified. The goal is to maintain, for these Establishments, climatic installations including heating, sanitary hot water (ECS), plumbing, VMC, air conditioning and air conditioning in good working order, namely: - standardize CVC services on so -called sensitive buildings of the departmental heritage; - Maintain and maintain these installations in good working order; - Reduce the energy bill through piloting quality facilities; - provide users with buildings with thermal comfort as described in CCTP and intervention responsiveness; - ensure Maintaining temperatures and levels of humidity in the departmental archives, the Savoisian museum and the CCCD necessary for the good conservation of works and works; - Ensure the maintenance of pressure levels in the veterinary laboratory.
