Operation, maintenance and development of the river information services system SlovRIS Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of services that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and development of the system of river information services "SlovRIS" (hereinafter referred to as "IS") in order to ensure proper operability and further development of the IS in order to ensure the availability of river information services on the waterways of the Slovak Republic in accordance with the applicable legislation and the requirements of the public procurer. The successful applicant will be within the scope and under the conditions specified in contract and in this document to provide services including: - Maintenance, service and operational support services - Development services - Reporting services the procurer, as well as covering the need for the delivery of software to the system, including the transfer of ownership rights to the thus delivered software and the delivery of relevant licenses without territorial and time limitations for the entire period of existence of the system (Work) as a whole, in an unlimited scope (at least for an unlimited number of devices and users); to all known ways of using the Work for such a computer program and handing over the source codes for such software. The period of service provision is 24 months with an option for the public the procuring entity to extend the duration of the contract by 12 (twelve) months under the same contractual conditions, including the price conditions. § 43 par. 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
