Operation, maintenance and development of the SlovRIS river information services system The subject of the contract is the provision of services that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and development of the river information services system "SlovRIS" (hereinafter referred to as "IS") in order to ensure proper operability and further development of IS in order to ensure the availability of river information services on the waterways of the Slovak Republic in accordance with the applicable legislation and the requirements of the public contracting authority. The successful bidder will be within the scope and under the conditions specified in the contract and herein to provide services including: -Maintenance, service and operational support services - Development services -Reporting services Part of the subject of the contract is, within the framework of IS development services, based on a duly issued order of the public contracting authority, also covering the need for the delivery of software to the system, including the transfer of ownership rights to the software delivered in this way and the delivery of relevant licenses without territorial and time limitations for the entire period of existence of the system (the Work) as a whole, to an unlimited extent (especially on unlimited number of devices and users); to all known ways of using the Work for such computer program and providing source codes for such software. The period of service provision is 24 months with the option for the public contracting authority to extend the duration contract for 12 (twelve) months under the same contractual conditions, including price conditions.
