⑺ Obligations of tenders : ①The tenders must prepare written proposals based on the specifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 5 : 00 PM 7 August, 2026 ②The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made by the officer in charge of contracts ; and ③JST shall conduct inspections of the said proposals. ④Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents.
