Operation of the information system and provision of technological support The subject of the public contract is: - operation of the information system (hereafter also "IS") of the MÚÚ Bruntál and the contribution organizations established by the city, - provision of basic technical support services in scope according to Appendix No. 3 ZD to: * agendas operated by the MěÚ Bruntál (appendix no. 2a ZD), * agendas operated by contributory organizations established by the city of Bruntál (appendix no. 2b ZD), * agendas that the contracting authority plans from 1 January 2027 (Appendix No. 2c ZD), based on Agreement on the operation of the IS and the provision of technological support (hereinafter also the "agreement"), which is Annex No. 10 ZD. In accordance with § 100, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ, the contracting authority reserves the right to provide additional services in the area of IS support, within 3 years from the date of conclusion contract - see point 3. 2.
