Operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations in various buildings in the city of Versailles, the Municipal Center for Social Action (CCAS) of Versailles and the Community.... Operation of heating and ventilation installations and air conditioning in various buildings in the city of Versailles, the Municipal Center for Social Action (CCAS) of Versailles and the Versailles Grand Parc Urban Community (CA VGP) The consultation, launched via a coordinated grouping of orders by the City of Versailles, concerns a PF type operating contract (service and package) for certain sites covered by the contract, and PFI (with profit-sharing) for the rest of the sites, without the supply of fuel. The services are following: P2 (maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations, including supply of water treatment products), P3GER (major maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of installations), P5 (accessory works), and P3P (imposed work). They consist of a fixed, lump sum part (P2, P3GER, P3P) and a purchase order part (tiling period, P5). Duration of the contract: 5 years and 7 months from notification, renewable twice for 1 year.
