Operation of a foreign exchange activity, ATMs and associated services intended for the public within Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports The purpose of this consultation is the allocation of civil leases allowing the exercise by the successful holder of the activity of exchange offices, automatic teller machines (ATM) and associated services. These civil leases set the terms and conditions for the layout, operation and development of points of sale. or distribution dedicated to these activities at Paris-Orly and Paris-Charles de Gaulle airports. The Civil Leases supporting the activity will have an estimated effective date of November 2, 2026 and an expiry date of March 31, 2034. These Leases are intended to describe the conditions according to which 21 areas assigned to currency exchange use and 89 areas assigned to ATM use are made available to the successful holder and operated at the two airports concerned. This contract sets out in particular the terms and conditions under which the successful Holder pays Aéroports de Paris rent and is remunerated by marketing services to customers.
