Short description : The acquisition will be carried out by Hospital Purchasing HF on behalf of Oslo University Hospital HF.Oslo University Hospital HF shall enter into an agreement on the operation of the hospital`s canteens and kiosks. The competition includes 10 canteens, 4 kiosks, 1 visitor caf, 1 small canteen, 1 coffee shop, distribution of catering, meeting roomsthat, overtime food as well as vending machines. An operating agreement will be entered into with underlying rental agreements per location. The client does not provide operating grants. Operators carry the financial risk of completing the delivery.
