He is expected of the contract holder to ensure on behalf of La Rochelle University the operation, management and routine maintenance of heat production and refrigeration production installations, DHW, distribution networks, installations air treatment, mechanical extraction, compressed air, air conditioning and a generator (see Appendix 1 to the CCTP “Description of maintained installations”). The objectives of this market are to guarantee: - The quality of air treatment and environmental conditions in the premises; - Continuity of service and maintenance of operating parameters; - Maintainability and durability of operating performance at an optimal level, close to that of initial performance; - There implementation of means to achieve the energy performance objectives expected by the University; - The optimal organization, on a continuous basis, of operating and maintenance methods to ensure quality of service both at the level of results only in terms of occupant satisfaction.
