The purpose of this composite contract is the operation and maintenance of Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation (HVAC) and Domestic Hot Water installations as well as the supervision of metropolitan buildings. It breaks down as follows: Lots No. 1 and n°2: operating and maintenance services of type P2 and P3; Lots n°3 and n°4: P2 and P3 type operating and maintenance services, combined with P1 type services as well as a savings incentive clause of energy. Operation and maintenance of heating - air conditioning - ventilation - domestic hot water - supervision installations - Classic metropolitan sites P2 P3 WITHOUT INTEREST The contract includes: •P2 service lot 1 to 4: Driving, maintenance and monitoring of HVAC installations. This service includes the replacement of spare parts less than or equal to €250 excluding VAT, single part according to the supplier price, all discounts deducted. •P3 service lot 1 to 4: The P3 service includes the establishment of a total flat-rate guarantee covering all major maintenance and renewal operations for equipment covered by the market.
