After a year of introduction and optimization, a stable operating situation was achieved. The future costs of operating and further developing the AEMaaCS solution presumably exceed the threshold for awarding it without one public tender, which is why a corresponding procedure is being carried out in this case. The contract will initially be advertised for the first and second contract years (December 1, 2026 - November 30, 2028), with the ZVV's unilateral option to extend the contract The work described in these tender documents is extended by two more years, i.e. for the third and fourth contract years (December 1, 2028 - November 30, 2030), each subject to budget approval and a positive performance assessment.
