OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE APPLICATION INTERNAL ACTS OF MANAGEMENT The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of operation services and further development of the Internal Acts of Management application (hereinafter also "IAŘ") for a period of 48 months. The subject of the public contract is •Operational support of the application in the sense provision of Service Desk service, resolution of incidents, consulting support, provision of application updates; • Development of the application in the sense of the required modifications of the application in the maximum range of 60 MD for the entire duration of the Agreement, where 1 MD represents 8 hours of work of one worker. The subject of the public contract and all commercial, payment and technical conditions are specified in the binding text of the draft Agreement on the provision of operational support services and the development of the Internal Acts of Management application, which is attached to the Tender Documentation.
