"Operation and development of the 116sos.pl Platform offering free psychological support for adults experiencing a mental crisis" 1. The subject of the order is the operation and development of the 116sos.pl Platform offering free psychological support for adults experiencing a crisis. 1) The basic order will include the following 4 (four) tasks: a)Task 1: Platform operation; b)Task 2: Staff management; c)Task 3: Promotional activities e)Task 4: Competence development consultants. 2) The order will be divided into 3 (in words: three) stages: a) STAGE 1: Preparation to provide services; b) STAGE 2: Operation and development of the Platform; c) STAGE 3: Project evaluation. 4. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. Order completion date: The contract is concluded for a fixed period and is valid from June 1, 2026 for 19 months, or until the total maximum amount of gross remuneration indicated in §7 section is exhausted. 1 and 2 of the contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - contract template, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", depending on which of these events occurs first (basic order). As part of the exercise of Option Right No. 1, the Ordering Party may extend the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement if: will have funds for the implementation of the Project for a maximum of 12 months. The deadline specified in the sentence above will be counted from the completion of the basic order or the deadline for completing the task specified...
