Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the operation and development of the 116sos.pl Platform, offering free psychological support for adults experiencing a crisis. 1) The basic order will include 5 (in words: five) tasks as follows: a)Task 1: Platform Operation; b)Task 2: Staff management; c)Task 3: Educational activities d)Task 4: Promotional activities e)Task 5: Development of consultants' competences. 2) The order will be divided into 3 (in words: three) stages: a) STEP 1: Preparation to provide services; b) STAGE 2: Operation and development of the Platform; c) STAGE 3: Project evaluation. 4. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5. Order completion date: The contract is concluded for a fixed period and is valid from January 1 June 2026 for 19 months, or until the total maximum amount of gross remuneration indicated in §7 section 1 and 2 of the agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - template agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", depending on which of these events occurs earlier (basic order). As part of the exercise of Option Right No. 1, the Ordering Party may extend the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement if it has funds for the implementation of the Project by a maximum of 12 months. The deadline specified in the sentence above will be counted from the completion of the basic order or the deadline for completing the task specified in the subsidy agreement, i.e.: December 31, 2027.
