Wherever in the Terms of Reference, in the item description orders are used in trademarks, patents, origin, Employer allows making an offer equivalent. In this case, given the characteristics of the material, the product or equipment to be understood as a minimum requirement (no worse than parametry usable, functional and technical materials, devices or products specified in the Annexes to the ToR). For equivalents shall be those which meet the requirements set by the Employer. The burden of proving this lies with the Contractor.
