b) The subject of the order is the provision of permanent services to the Ordering Party, 24 hours a day, consisting of: telephone switchboard service, concierge service, parking lot service, comprehensive protection of facilities, protection of property against criminal activities, in particular against theft, burglary and other forms of taking property outside the controlled zone, undertaking necessary interventions in the event of a threat to people and property, ensuring the safety of employees and persons on the premises, interventions in the case of people disturbing order. In the event of employing employees who do not have the authorization to use direct coercive measures, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to call patrol and intervention crews immediately informing authorized employees of the Ordering Party about all events that occurred on the premises, exercising continuous supervision (security) consisting of 24-hour monitoring of the facilities' local alarm system, intercepting alarm signals.
