The assignment involves delivering the Business System for Huddinge municipality's activities within social services, care and welfare in accordance with the requirements and conditions in the procurement documents. The system must be provided as a service (SaaS) and include operation, support and associated consulting services. In Huddinge municipality, IT services are managed through an object structure based on the control and cooperation model PM3. The IT service must support the object's five sub-areas: Support for financial aid, labor market efforts and receipt of new arrivals Support for individual and family care Support for elderly care Support for care for people with disabilities Support for health and medical care organization The areas of the IT service include authority processing, contractor documentation, health and medical care, resident services and associated support processes.
