Operating systems within social services and health care - v.3 The system must be provided as a service (SaaS) and include operation, support and associated consulting services. In Huddinge municipality, IT services are managed through an object structure based on control and the collaboration model PM3. The IT service must support the object's five sub-areas: Support for financial assistance, labor market initiatives and reception of new arrivals Support for individual and family care Support for elderly care Support for care of people with disability Support for health and medical care organization The areas of the IT service include authority management, contractor documentation, health and medical care, resident services and associated support processes. The system must be able to support simplification and streamlining working methods for employees and contributing to increased accessibility for people in need of support and enabling systematic follow-up. The business areas that use the system support are governed by a number of laws, regulations and rules which also makes high demands on information security and legal certainty. Please note that Appendix 5 forms an important basis for pricing, as this b.a. contains price specification (together with tab "Price in Appendix 7) and payment plan.
