Operating the sorting line in terms of maintaining cleanliness and separating raw material fractions from waste and sorting ballast at Z/I Julków / 2026 1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the sorting line by the Contractor purity and separation of raw material fractions from waste and sorting ballast on the premises of the Plant/Installation of "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Julkowo, commune Skierniewice. 2. The scope of work must be performed based on the contract and its annexes, i.e.: 1)Information required pursuant to Art. 2071 of the Labor Code - Annex No. 1 to the contract. 2) Settlement template - Annex No. 2 to the contract. 3) Contractor's declaration - Annex No. 3 to the contract. 4) Employer cooperation agreement (Article 208 of the Labor Code) - Annex No. 4 to contracts. 3. The service referred to in point 1 will be performed by the Contractor independently, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors in the key part of the order, i.e. in the separation of raw material fractions from waste and sorting ballast. 4.Estimated quantity man-hours for the entire duration of the contract, i.e. 18 months, amounts to 160, 864 man-hours. The Ordering Party anticipates that the subject of the contract will be provided in two shifts on working days from Monday to Saturday. Daily working time will be 16 hours.
