This the request for tender is conditional so that the procurement will be carried out if sufficient funds have been allocated for it in the 2026 and 2027 budgets. The ceiling centers, arms and surgery lights are purchased for the operating theaters in the G building of the Oulu University Hospital, which have a total of 14 halls. On the 2nd floor of the G building, the ceiling centers, arms and operating lights for the operating theaters that were in use (9 operating theaters) will be renewed. On the 4th floor of the G building, the ceiling centers, arms and cutting lights are installed in the building for operating theaters (5 operating theaters). The equipment sets to be procured are a one-time purchase. Regarding equipment-related accessories, accessories and spare parts related to the equipment to be procured, the agreement is valid for a fixed period of four years and will continue after as valid until further notice. Timetable:- The installation of the ceiling centers, arms and operating lights on the 2nd floor (9 operating theaters) of the G building will begin during 2026. According to the current plan, the start of the renovation of the operating theaters is 8/2026. The delivery of the devices is in the rhythm of renovation.
