The subject of the order is to service the Ordering Party's plant located at its registered office (hereinafter referred to as the Plant) using a single-bucket loader with the following parameters: HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Single-pot loader not produced earlier than in 2023 Single-bucket loader with a bucket with a capacity of 3.2 m3 to 3.5 m3. Weight with accessories min. 16 tons maximum 20 tons. Equipped with a high discharge system adapted to loading machines and walking floor trailers. The machine is equipped with a filter preventing gases from entering the operator's cabin (service of the biological zone of the Plant, i.e. technical facilities belonging to Master - Odpady i Energia Sp. Z o. o., located at ul. Lokalna 11 in Tychy). The machine is equipped with wheels L5. The Contractor will provide its own fuel supplies for the purposes of performing the service within the scope and on the terms set out in the draft Agreement. WORKING TIME: Working days: 16 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Days off: 4 Saturdays after 8 a.m hours from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Service provision period: 1 year from signing the Agreement. One shift (8 hours) a month for maintenance by the Contractor. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTRACTOR: The charger is technically efficient and suitable for operation any time of the year and changing meteorological conditions.
