Operating an on-demand transport service complementing the public transport in Krakow The subject of the contract is the operation of an on-demand transport service complementing the public transport in Krakow in an area which, due to the characteristics (road system and development density) cannot be served by standard bus vehicles, even the smallest ones. The service will consist in providing drivers and providing passenger transport by motor vehicles designed to transport more than 7 and not more than 9 people, including the driver, made available by the Ordering Party using the application provided by the Ordering Party. Additionally, the Contractor's responsibilities will include daily maintenance vehicles consisting of, among others, on replenishing fuel or electricity, depending on the type of drive of the vehicles used, and, if necessary, washing and cleaning the vehicles. Detailed assumptions have been presented in the designed ones provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference The subject of the contract is the operation of an on-demand transport service complementing the public transport in Krakow in an area which, due to the characteristics (road system and development density) cannot be served by standard bus vehicles.
