OPERATING MICROSCOPE The object of procurement is an operating microscope, in accordance with the technical specifications, stated in the Cost Sheet and according to this procurement documentation. The device must be new and unused. The contracted purchase value includes, among others, the following costs: 1. delivery and installation of the new device until it is fully functional, and all installation and similar preparations and adjustments necessary for the placement and commissioning of the device, by an authorized person at the Customer's location, and the delivery of all additional items necessary for device operation (cables, connectors, peripheral devices, etc.), 2. all necessary accessories for use, adjustment and commissioning, 3. commissioning, 4. training of the Client's staff, 5. delivery of technical documentation i operating instructions, in Croatian, 6. ensuring correct and prescribed operation of the device throughout the entire warranty period, 7. provision of 24-hour authorized service for the device and delivery of a list of certified service technicians, copies of their certificates and contact phone numbers, 8. provision of free preventive annual servicing of the device during the warranty period, regular (preventive) servicing and on-call (corrective) servicing, 9. responds to the Client's call and access repair faults on the device within 24 hours of the Customer's call and repair the fault within 72 hours of the Customer's call (in the event that the fault cannot be fixed, that is, if the fault cannot be resolved...
