The purpose of this contract is to entrust the Holder, from July 1, 2026, with the operation of the climate engineering installations equipping the municipal buildings of the city of Sissonne within the framework of a performance contract of type P1, P2, P3 - MTI (Market Temperature Interest). The services to be provided include: • Supply of wood by the Holder; • Supply of fuel oil by the Holder; • Supply of propane by the Holder • Production of heating and domestic hot water; • Heating distribution and emission; • Distribution of domestic hot water; • Maintenance of ventilation installations (mechanical extraction, air handling units, air heaters, etc.), including ducts; • Maintenance of electrical installations linked to the operation of heating and DHW production installations (electrical cabinets, remote management, lighting, etc.), • Maintenance of cold water installations linked to the operation of heating installations and DHW (heating water supplement); • Maintenance of water treatment installations linked to the operation of heating and DHW installations (softeners, chlorination, dosing pumps, product injection pots, etc.); • Maintenance and regulatory checks on fire defense equipment located in boiler rooms • Maintenance and regulatory checks on energy metering equipment (under sub-metering)...
