OPERATING MARKET FOR THE NESLE AND HAM WASTE SITES The purpose of this consultation is the exploitation of the quay tops of the two recycling centers of Nesle and Ham, on behalf of the Community of Communes of the East of the Somme. The services include, among other things, the operations: - Site guarding (Nesle and Ham recycling centers), - Reception and identification of users, via the PAD RFID, upon their arrival on site, - Control of the nature of the waste brought - Orientation of users to the different boxes and containers in order to ensure optimal sorting of waste with the aim of maximum recovery - Assistance, if necessary, to users (elderly people or people with reduced mobility): help with dumping objects heavy or bulky, - Quality control of waste sorting by users, - Control of the filling level of containers (skips, bins, oil column drums, etc.) and management of evacuation requests from the various stakeholders (SMITOM du SANTERRE, Eco-Organizations, collection providers, etc.), -Maintenance and cleaning of the site, installations and equipment, -Management of operating data and traceability of waste, -Provision of documents and tools IT enabling monitoring, traceability of services and transmission of information.
