The purpose of this market is to exploit and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations of the municipal buildings of the city of Bourg in Bresse and in particular to have the holder insured, on the boilers (gas, fuel oil, urban heating) and the substations, The following services:  Supply of Energy: P1  In the case of gas sites: gas contract subscribed by the contracting authority and third party paying mechanism.  In the case of CU sites: contract subscribed by the client and Payer third party mechanism for the R1  Services of Service: P2  Total warranty: P3  Energy Credit Account, with an initial work envelope of 95, 000 including tax. This market also aims to set up a procedure for mastery of electrical consumption on a pilot site. This procedure will then be extended to others Sites. This market is a mixed MT (I), PF (I) type market depending on the energy used with total warranty of installations in expenditure expenditure controlled.
