1. The subject of the order is: Operation of a ferry crossing on the Dunajec River in the town of Siedliszowice along the district road No. 1305K from Szczurowa elichow, which consists of the following activities: 1) Inter-shore crossing by highland ferry without self-propelled vehicles, animals and persons in accordance with the requirements and obligations arising from statutory and administrative provisions and the conditions established by the Inland Navigation Office during the hours specified in the contract (annex No. 10 to SWZ). The ferry crossing will be operated by two people, one of whom must have the ferry operator's sailing license;2) Maintaining the ferry and the accompanying boat in proper technical condition by performing minor repairs and maintenance works using the Contractor's material, in particular: a) ongoing repairs of the wooden deck of the ferry and the accompanying boat, including the replacement of boards, beams (edges) limiting the gauge of the wooden deck materials and equipment of the Contractor on an area not exceeding 10% of the total surface of the float.b) lubrication of the main rope with graphite grease.3) Carrying out necessary renovation works of the crossing elements, in particular: a) wy...
