Maintenance, operation and renewal of school HVAC installations Maintenance, operation and renewal of non-school heritage HVAC installations This market should enable the City to respond to a demand for: maintenance and operation with major maintenance, renewal of heating, domestic hot water production, ventilation and air conditioning installations of the City and CCAS assets. The selected organization must be able to ensure the following services detailed in the CCTP: - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products); - P3 (GER): Major maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of installations ; - P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract; - P3 (Mandatory works): Renewal plan and compulsory works. This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of four objectives: - Supply to users continuity of service and comfort, maintenance and maintenance in perfect operating and maintenance condition of the equipment for which he is responsible; - The search for energy savings with incentives; - Advice to the City for monitoring installations and the development of work programs intended to improve energy performance; - Site security.
