Tender Details

This contract should enable the City to respond to a demand for: maintenance and operation with major upkeep, renewal of heating installations, domestic hot water production, ventilation and air conditioning of the city's heritage. City and CCAS. The selected organization must be able to provide the following services detailed in the CCTP: - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products); - P3 (GER): Large maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of installations; - P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract; - P3 (Mandatory works): Renewal plan and compulsory works. This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of four objectives: - Providing users with continuity of service and comfort, maintaining and maintaining in perfect operating and maintenance condition the equipment for which it is responsible; - The search for savings energy with profit sharing; - Advising the City for monitoring installations and developing work programs intended to improve energy performance; - Site security. Lot 1 brings together all the establishments teaching and associated accommodation. Lot 2 includes all the other buildings.
