Operating contract for the heating installations at the Lys Blancs residence The contract concerns the establishment of a supply and service contract. It is composed of the supply of fuel necessary for heating, and the production of domestic hot water, operating and maintenance services, full guarantee services and equipment renewals. - The fixed rate service for the supply of fuel or heat, necessary for heating, with profit-sharing on energy savings (P1 MTI service). - The unit service for supplying the fuel necessary for the processed DHW production (Service P1/2). - The flat-rate service for operating and maintaining heat distribution installations, air treatment installations, DHW distribution installations and water treatment installations (Service P2). - The flat-rate monitoring and control services necessary for monitoring production installations, DHW distribution (Service P2). - Fixed-price total installation guarantee services with distribution (P3/2 GTR Service) made up of P3/1 services: repair and refurbishment and P3/2 equipment renewal. - Provision of replacement of equipment subject to validation by the buyer according to the BPU.
