Agency Sectors BEAUVAIS - CLERMONT - MERU Agency Sectors COMPIEGNE - PONT-SAINTE-MAXENCE The purpose of this call for tenders is the operation (with full guarantee) of collective thermal installations and other equipment in 17 establishments specific sites located in various sites, built and rented by OPAC de l'Oise to associations or management organizations. The specific establishments concerned are intended to accommodate either dependent or non-dependent elderly people, or disabled people or workers. These establishments can therefore be classified as E.R.P. The services concern in particular: - preventive maintenance and repairs to keep the installations in good working order heating, domestic hot water production, water treatment and ancillary installations, as well as cold water distribution (P2); - major maintenance and renewal of equipment, under the total guarantee (P3).
