1) The Barangay of Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga, through the Local Development (LDF), FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 150, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OPENING OF ROAD (REYES ST. - CUARESMA ST.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
