1) The Municipal Government of Malita, through the Municipal Engineering Office - 20% Development Fund-Continuing / FY 2026 Part of 17, 500, 000.00 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos only (Php1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Opening of Lacaron Riverside Road with Concreting with reference no. #26155. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
